What we keep when you take Sidekick Academy, why, and how to get it back or delete it. Last updated November 4, 2026.
Please don't paste private details
Hoopaa is an AI. Don't paste names or details of clients, patients, residents, students or donors. Use placeholders like "Client A" or "a donor who gave $500." You'll get the same help with none of the risk.
What we collect
- Your name, email, organization, role and staff size
- The lesson work you submit and your conversations with Hoopaa
- Your readiness assessment answers and results
- Your XP, level, progress and certificate
Why
To run the course, give you feedback, issue your certificate, and make the lessons better. Marc and Blake at Impact Sidekick read conversations to see where people get stuck. If your assessment shows your organization could use help, Marc may email you once about your results.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or share your information.
- We don't show you ads.
- Hoopaa runs on Anthropic's AI models through their business service, which doesn't use your conversations to train their models.
Who can see what
Teammates who join with the same organization see your name and level on your team board. The public leaderboard shows you only if you turn it on. Your certificate page is public only if you share its link.
How long we keep it
Hoopaa conversations are kept for 12 months, then deleted. You can download or delete everything at any time from your account page, or by emailing marc@impactsidekick.com.
